Videonystagmography testing includes sinusoidal tracking, optokinetic testing, saccades, Dix Hallpike, positional testing, bithermal air calorics, and vestibulo-ocular reflex testing. This thorough vestibular evaluation lends perspective to a medical evaluation and is helpful in further management of such patients. In addition, Cornerstone Audiology often provides repositioning maneuvers for patients with benign paroxysmal postioning vertigo (BPPV) and sends patients for vestibular rehabilitation when necessary.
